If you experience any issues on your devices while using your app, please let us know by giving us a call at 281-324-8338 or emailing us at support@scalamed.com. ScalaMed requires a working cell phone (or a tablet with a SIM card) - and cannot be used on desktop computers. Make sure the clinic has your up-to-date cell phone number as this is used to identify you. If they do not have your correct cell phone number, you will not be able to receive prescriptions from ScalaMed.
