ScalaMed works on all iOS & Android devices - unfortunately we do not work with Windows phones.


If you experience any issues on your devices while using your app, please let us know by emailing us at support@scalamed.com. ScalaMed requires a working cell phone (or a tablet with a SIM card) - and cannot be used on desktop computers. Make sure the clinic has your up-to-date cell phone number as this is used to identify you. If they do not have your correct cell phone number, you will not be able to receive prescriptions from ScalaMed.
