Troubleshooting - If after 30 seconds, you have not received a text message to inform you that your prescription has arrived please try the following.
1. Confirm with the clinic that they have your correct cell number on file
2. Confirm you have good service - restart your phone and check the cell coverage
3. There may be an issue with ScalaMed - please wait a few minutes and check again. If your prescriptions are still not there, please contact customer support
